Hi, I did managed migration from IR ESA last week. Today I received a message that an appointment has been booked for a telephone call for a

"Non UC Flexible Appointment"

They then say

"Extra Information
"During your interview, we will look at your Universal Credit commitments to see if anything needs changing. This is because of your claim to New Style Employment and Support Allowance (NS ESA)."

Can someone tell me what this is and why they are doing it? I already told them I am managed migration and received IR ESA with SDP and was in the LCWRA group. Really feeling anxious about it. Thank you for advice.

I'm sorry no one was able to answer your question. Unfortunately, I can't tell you why they wanted to speak to you. It sounds as if they just want to clarify your circumstances. I have heard of one person with a similar note, and it was nothing to worry about. They confirmed she was still ill with one question and then explained what she would be getting when, and that was it. Will it be the same for you? I can't tell you, because all these things are individual.
