I do not know if anyone can help, I am being moved to Universal Credit from ESA.
I am both disabled and suffering from serious mental health after trying to take my own life. Under a month ago I had a phone call with a doctor from ESA and thought that was it after having 2 panic attacks after the phone call was 2 hours late.
Now I have had an email for a half hour telephone appointment with Universal Credit, it's 24 hours away and already in such a mess.
I am alone, I exist, the pain of waking up each day hurts, what happens at this telephone interview?
