PIP Tribunal was created by Keepy1
Hi everyone,
I would be grateful for any experience shared as I would like to know if it is worth using a no win no fee solicitor for PIP Tribunal or go for free advice. I have contacted a no win no fee and is 35% if I win but on the other hand I contacted a free organisation who campaign to end poverty and they are happy to take me on but I am worried how fast this free organisation is in doing things compare to the no win no fee.
I am very stress as both sides seems very polite and happy to support me but I am not sure which one would be more efficient than the other in terms of timing in doing things.
I have already submitted to the court that I would like to appeal and no date has been set for the hearing as yet and no document sent yet.
Any experience or advice would be gratefully appreciated.
Thank you very much.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
Replied by BIS on topic PIP Tribunal
Hi Keepy1
We cannot give you any advice about paying a solicitor to help for your PIP tribunal - and we certainly wouldn't recommend you doing so.
I do remember one of our members recently used a no win no fee firm and regretted it saying they could have done a better job themselves. Another member actually decided against it, realising that they knew themselves better than the firm and they went on to win.
Hopefully, if anyone has some experience, they will tell you - but our advice stands that we don't recommend people using a solicitor.
