Hi i made the mistake of informing change of circumstances on my ADP review return letter. I had to get the Citizens Advice to help me but they told me to just tick the box with no change and send it with no evidence. I am absolutely sick with worry it has been 10 months and i have heard nothing, still getting my money . Surely if it was straight forward i would have heard by now? I can assure you i will never be able to do a phone call or anything else as my memory is shot and would be caught up in knots whatever they ask me. I am too scared to contact the DWP. I am not the sharpest tool in the box and have no clue to all the jargon on ere about pip etc. Nobody to help me.
There is a backlog in processing claims and review claims are taking a back seat whilst they concentrate on new claimants. I would go back to the person who helped you at Citizen Advice.
