I would contact DWP and chase up your review form. If your PIP was awarded by a tribunal then it has an end date so you usually have to contact DWP and make a new claim.
Have your circumstances changed since you last claimed, if it has contact DWP and report a change of circumstances, if successful it will be backdated to the date of your phone call.
If you have an end date in February then your claim will stop unless DWP write to you extending your review date. If it does stop and you are successful with your new claim it will be backdated.
