How to access guides for particular disabilities was created by Fiona
Hi sorry to bother you again I'm not sure how you access certain disability information on the guides. I've accessed the guides before, but unable to get in now. I wanted to look at Autism as I've told family about the guides, but can't seem to access it. A family member is considering joining. I just wanted to explain how helpful they've been, it was my first time I've used them and with great ease. but now struggling to get into them. just if anyone knows where I'm going wrong . thanks so much Fi

I'm sorry, we're not able to tell you why you can't access them. I would normally advise someone to log out, clear their browsing history and then try again. If that doesn't work then send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and hopefully they will be able to say whether it is something their end or your end.
