My daughter receives direct payments from the Local Authority to pay for support services.
She is migrating from ESA to UC.
I am unsure how to include these direct payments, if at all, on the UC form.
The suggestion seems to be that they should NOT be listed as an account.
However, should they be considered as a 'Welfare Support Payment' - this option in 'money, savings and investments' includes the example of 'payments from your local council'.
Or is there a later question where these are included?
