Where to upload evidence files in online PIP2 form

Does anybody know where on the online PIP2 form you can attach/upload additional evidence files, please?

I am filling in the PIP2 form online. I've gone through all the sections, but I haven't seen anywhere that allows me to upload evidence files yet. There doesn't seem to be anything on the "Additional information" page to do it. I'm too scared to press the "Submit Your Application" button in case it does it straight away without giving me a chance to check anything.

it is very nerve racking getting to the end of the online form process.

my tips, from experience, is keep a personal copy of your submission before submitting. Once its gone and you get the on screen confirmation message you dont have any option to download a copy.
if you missed / forget that step , you will be able to call and PIP enq line to request a copy.

i cant remember the last screen clearly, but i am believe it said that you can submit evidence now or later. So go ahead and click submit u should then get option asking you if u want to give supporting evidence now.

when all done you get an email with link taking you back to your PIP online access. i have returned to this to add more evidence weeks after my submission.
