I had a phone call to say my young adult was eligible for ESA credits only, for 12 months. But when I asked about an assessment for LCWRA he was unable to advise. I’m wanting to apply for my child’s UC but I don’t know if I can without receiving the LCWRA. Could this have been awarded without a F2F, medical or ESA50? Form?
To note they receive enhanced PIP for both. We had a lengthy assessment on call when applying for the credits. Then we submitted the fit notes, then we had this call to say eligible for credits only.
