I failed an health assessment, and was asked to submit a MR request. Today someone from the DWP phoned to say they have not received the form I sent nearly two. weeks ago.. He said I should have gone down the PPA route. He texted me a phone number which was for HMCTS. They did not know what a PPA is. Anyone know?
