I recently migrated from ESA to UC. I was originally in the work related category of ESA. If after my work capability assessment I'm found to have limited capability for work, would I receive backdated payments, or will I just receive the higher amount from now on? Hope this makes sense! Thanks
Whether you qualify for the existing LCWRA payment and backdating depends on if you requested a WCA50 owing to a worsening of a health condition or if the DWP are undertaking a standard WCA review procedure.
