I have just had a terrible UC review. The person had an issue which meant that they couldn't really interact properly with people.
It left me in tears. I've confirmed with other staff it was a mistake. I have no idea what to do. Someone please help.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi b7s7dh
Sounds like you had a horrendous appointment, your question is outside the remit of the forum, we would advise you to seek specialist advice from your local Welfare Rights Organisation: advicelocal.uk where they can take all your circumstances into consideration when giving you advice.

Thank you.
I have a rental increase letter per year as usual and have sent that on but apparently it's not enough.
During the review they asked for a letter from the landlord with the tenancy details and getting both tenant and landlord to sign it.
It this normal?

Hi b7s7dh
As far as the annual rent increase is concerned a signed letter from the landlord or letting agent is enough.
There may be changes when the Renter's Rights Act takes effect in the future though.
Let me know how you get on.
David
