PIP award letter doesn't match what I submitted

I recently received my PIP review results. The good news is my points total has remained the same and I'll get the same award- standard care, enhanced mobility.
I am concerned because the points in a couple categories have changed and don't match what I reported. This was a paper assessment only, I returned the review form and was given the decision without having to speak to an assessor.

Previously I received 4 points for cooking and preparing food, as I need assistance from another person to prepare a simple meal. I was awarded only 2 points - they stated I need an aid or appliance to prepare a simple meal. (not correct.)
Next, I was awarded 2 points for dressing and undressing. I did not report that I needed help with dressing or undressing but yet was given points for it.

What should I do about this, if anything? I don't want a MR or to start over. Can I ask them to correct this without risking losing points?

Hi Nat205

Unfortunately, we cannot tell you what to do..

If you are unhappy with the decision, your only option would be to apply for a mandatory reconsideration (MR), but here lies the dilemma, if you apply for a MR you may lose what you have already been awarded.

You could always say that you agree with the mobility component but disagree with the care component for the following reasons and then point out the discrepancies, but you cannot guarantee the result you were looking for.
