I recently moved from DLA to Scottish Adult DLA. I have now received a letter from Scottish Adult DLA with a review date in Feb.
It says a decision will be in the pack I will be sent and then I will have the options to either state no change or to report any changes within 4 weeks.
Just wondering if anyone else has had tbis and what happened?
If no change and your Scottish DLA remains the same, itms it sufficient to just tick no change and no evidence required?
Or if you got awarded lower or none what did you do?
Also are they basing the decision on the evidence passed onto them from DLA in England?
