When I started with my health condition, I was employed in a job I loved. I went off sick m, and after many months, (long story, short), I was forced to leave.
Can anyone recommend a lawyer who is experienced with employment and disability discrimination to help me prove I'm disabled (in the eyes of the law) and my employer should/did know?
I can't afford to pay big money for a lawyer, but I'm not eligible for Legal Aid. I am on ESA (support) UC (LCWRA), & PIP (Lower care, higher mobility. Should be higher care but I didn't appeal in case I lost higher mobility). I get 17 hours care a week from Direct Payments.
I don't want to get into debt to prove my employer discriminated against me. I have done it all so far by myself
