I am very sorry if I have asked this question twice, I just not sure if I had submitted the last question correctly.

Would you know id the DWP are allowed to ask you where you spend your cash and where are your cheques payments going to?

They can ask for bank statements and these should not normally be redacted so they can see the payment details.
