DWP have agreed to contact me only by email for my PIP claim as a reasonable adjustment due to disabilities. Does anyone know if this carries over to HAAS to, or if I have to file a separate request with them?
You would hope that the DWP would pass on the information to HAAS, but I wouldn't rely on them doing so. So you could make the request to HAAS and tell them that the DWP has already agreed to make reasonable adjustments, and you hope they will do the same.
