Hi had what started of as an automated review message ,after getting them all the information bank’s statements etc had a phone interview and they have now stopped my esa (self employed ) and moved me to Uc which my wife has been on so awaiting to see what payments will be etc been on esa since 2021 ,how long does the process usually take ,thanks
I'm sorry, but we can't give you any idea of the timescale. I would hope that it would only take a couple of weeks - but that's a hope - not a definitive timescale.
