Hi I understand from your news page that the government plan to focus on ESA reassessment from this April. I'm worried sick about the stress of completing the form and having an assessment. Does anyone know how likely this is in my case. Thank you 61 year old, recently migrated to UC. Receive top ESA and PIP. Been on these and their legacy equivalents for over 15 years. Had face to face assessments for both in past and paper based assessments since. But no reassessment for the ESA since covid. They know circumstances the same as they've given me PIP for 6 years. Grateful for any advice
It is reported that going forward the DWP plans to increase the % of face to face WCAs from 13% to 30%. But this means that 70% are not face to face and hopefully they previously made a paperbased decision on your claim then that will again apply.
