I have just received what appears to be an Automated Claimant Review notification, whereby I have to 'reconfirm my details'. Would this review be related to the fact that my social housing rent will increase in April? And should I be informing UC of this future rent increase, when responding to the Automated Claimant Review?
This review has to be responded to by 25th March. My rent increases around 7th April. I have only in the last 4 months or so been migrated over to UC from ESA.
I had been expecting a 'to do' notification informing me to only confirm any changes in housing costs. I was not expecting the review to ask me to reconfirm the other issues, such as savings. So, I am a bit confused.
