Hi,
I've used this site for quite a few years now. Due to dyslexia I struggle with using the forum and so I have no idea if I'm doing so correctly? The information is vast and I get very overwhelmed by that.
Gone from high rate care and low mobility to no PIP award. MR didn't change anything. Maximus still state I no longer qualify.
My question is do I have to download the SSCS1 form to do my appeal? I don't want to do it online. Just confused if the SSCS1 form can just be used as a covering letter or do I have to actually fill it in? Thanks

Hi Ecovegan

I'm sorry to hear about you losing your PIP award and failed Mandatory Reconsideration.

As you don't want to submit an appeal online, you need to download the SSCS1, complete it and post it to the address on the form.
