UC Claim Review Introduction Phone call..

Hello,
Can anyone tell me what this is and what to expect.

I've had a text message and Journal message saying i'm having a 15 min phone call in two days time from the UC called " Claim Review Introduction"

I suffer from severe anxiety, and this has just flawed me... please any feedback on what to expect would be so gratefully received.

Am i looking at a full review of my UC? I've only just gone through a PIP review.

I had the same query and have since had the call too. very short and straightforward. Needed to produce 4 months bank stms and upload by deadline.

Oh gosh, thank you so much for this.... i hope that's all it is. I can just about cope with that. A full Claim review though.... could easily send me over the edge... At least thanks to you i can maybe get some sleep tonight.
