I'm sorry, but I can't confirm what will come first. Some people appear to get a text first saying it's started, while others get a letter.
I know it's hard, but this is something out of your control. Don't risk making yourself ill worrying about when the form will arrive. I know it's easier said than done, but it could arrive next week or in several months. You're sensible to be prepared, but once you've gathered the things together, just try to put it to one side until you need them.
