UC/LWCRA - Permitted work Allw U25 was created by Sum
He has a tel appointment with UC to confirm his employment status.
they havent asked for further docs . They listed the info they will ask about . this is what was posted ....
We will need information about:
> What work/trade you do
> How many hours you work or spend time on your business
> How long have you been trading within your field/work
> How do you advertise / market your business
We will also provide information on:
> How to report your income and expenses
> Allowable expenses for your business
> Additional support – Child Care Costs
If we require information or evidence of your employment status, we will create a To-Do on your To-Do list called, 'Upload documents to support your claim'. You must upload the requested documents before the appointment where possible.
For further information regarding Self-employment on Universal Credit, You can access the guidance by copying the link below into your internet browser.

Hi David ,
I've read the guide.
Clmt has LCWRA status. Does this mean the following statement from page 5 of the guide apply to him ?
Page 5
we've reported all earnings and dates paid.

If you are not expected to look for work, for example because we have agreed
you have a limited capacity for work, you will not need to attend a self employment interview, but will still need to report your self-employed earnings
each month.
we've reported all earnings and dates paid.

Hi Sum
Hopefully that is currently the situation and you can take photos of any evidence the DWP need.
