Hi. I receive Universal credit, ESA and Pip and am in the support group, also with transitional protection. My question is do you need to inform any of these if you have day surgery only? I’m scared it will trigger an assessment or get harassed. My conditions are all progressive and I have never had a UC assessment, pip is due for assessment anytime now. Hope you can help.
