Hi i had my esa wca assessment on 12th may it was meant to be face to face but they changed it to telephone in the morning.
I got awarded no points at all and i had told her i get high rate pip for care and mobility. When i read the medical report it was all opposite of what i said. She kept saying none of the above apply and dates i have given her were not right either.
I have made a formal complaint to Ingeus and she called to say i would hear in the next 21 days and i needed to carry on with the mandatory request. That i could give dwp their decision.
I had ten pages of inaccurate information which i sent to DWP and Ingeus along with proof of my conditions. Anybody has this happen to them ? Do you think DWp will change the decision ? I done esa test and scored 39points thank you Lyra
Unfortunately your experience has been echoed by quite a few Forum members. You will need to submit a Mandatory Reconsideration. Here is the BenefitsandWork guide regarding this:- www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/?dlp=6a43b7eb08e60
Let us know how you get on.
