Hi, we had my daughter's annual UC review phone call yesterday (the usual review of sending in bank statements for the previous 3 months and then answering questions relating to those statements). I have PoA as my daughter has a learning disability and is autistic so I took the phone call. At the end of the review the reviewer stated that going forward my daughter must declare her exact bank balance on the 1st of every month by reporting it through the journal (money and savings) even though her bank balance is never above £100 and only fluctuates by less than £10 per month. I manage all of her finances as she is unable to manage them for herself. I am curious if any one else has been asked to do this or if this is a new task for young adults on UC - my daughter is 23 and of course we know there is a big push back from the government on young adults claiming UC with neurodivergent conditions? Please let me know if anyone else has been asked to complete this ongoing task. Many thanks, Natasha
