I was awarded Limited Capability for work on 25/6/26 after using your helpful guides. I do not know the length of the award or what points I was awarded.
How do I go about getting the decision makers reasons for decision (used to called written reasons for the decision?) so I can decide whether to challenge the decision?
So far,I have managed to obtain the work capability assessment report, having rang the number in my letter and asking in my journal. When I last asked in my UC journal, they have replied saying
"I have also asked that Decision Makers send the written
explanation so that you cansee how they concluded your health journey."
Do you think this is the information I want or do I need to ask for something else? And the deadline is fast approaching and I won’t receive it in time. I cannot believe they make it impossible for you to even have the information you need to request a mandatory reconsideration
