You could leave your tribunal date in place - because it is looking back. They will not consider any deterioration you have experienced since your assessment. You could also put in a change of circumstances, which will force a review, and then you will be able to say what is happening now. When you put in for a change of circumstances, they backdate to the date on your letter informing them of the change.
