The assessor said a recording could not be made due to technical difficulties. We asked if we could record it. We were told - ''You can but it is not admissible and cannot be used''.
Is that true?
When sending details for a Mandatory Review - can we refer to it (directly or indirectly) to point out their inconsistencies, mistakes and contradictions please?
The DWP are not obliged to record assessments. Some claimants make covert recordings. The Mandatory Reconsideration is conducted by a DWP officer who is not going to criticise DWP policies.
