PIP Appeal not received bundle was created by grg1
Hello,
I am currently appealing the DWP decision of 0 points at tribunal after my MR was denied.
The DWP were 6 weeks late responding but I got an update that they had responded and I should receive their evidence bundle.
It’s been 3 weeks and I have not received the bundle but I have received texts reminding me to upload any further evidence before a tribunal date. I have logged in to the tribunal tracker and it now states
“Latest update
DWP have responded to your Personal Independence Payment (PIP) appeal. They should have sent you a copy of their response in the post, unless their response is late and a judge has directed that the appeal can proceed without one.
You do not need to do anything. You will receive another email or text message update when your hearing has been booked. Unfortunately we cannot say how long this will be but it may be several months.”
Does this mean DWP have sent a response or not? How can I upload evidence if I don’t know what I’m responding to. I don’t know if they’ve actually sent something or not
Thank you

Hi grg1
In the past, it was the tribunal service that sent out the bundle of papers. If they say it's coming from the DWP all you can do is ring up and enquire when you are going to receive your copy. It certainly sounds as if one has been done.
