Medical ?

I am currently getting ESA, although I have a letter stating I have limited capacity for work, I am also having pathways to work interviews.They finish in August. Can I also claim, DLA, and if so will another farcical atos medical be necessary, as I have already had 2 within the past 6 months. Greatly appreciate any advice.

There's nothing stopping you claiming DLA and the decision whether you will have to have a medical will depend on whether the DM has enough evidence to arrive at a decision regarding your claim.
