Hi everyone just before I go in to full throttle Id like to say thankyou to those who commented on my post. Its nice to have support.

My partner had his dla medical at home today. He suffers from fibromialga and athritis. Anyhow the dsoctor who came out has a website with all his details on.
I thought it was a bit worrying as if a patient takes a dislike to him they would not have to go far to find him.

Lets hope my o/h gets his dla renewed, lol.

Has anyone else come accross this.

Hi janet, these days with websites like for instance ask Dr Foster you can information about doctors, consultants etc, like with NHS choices you can find out about all the hospitals ie: if you are going in for hip or knee replecements. They do give factual details of the areas the consultant specialises in etc. My own GP has his home address and telephone number in the phone book books. Best Wishes
