Urgent question re attendance allowance was created by millymoo

Hi

Could you please advise as to whether there is any literature regarding attendance allowance on this site. I have searched myself but am unable to find any information. If this is not dealt with on this site could anyone please advise where i could find it. All i am looking for at the moment is step by step guide for completing the application form.
I would be extremly grateful for any advice.
