Direct Payments form help needed

Hey all

I am used to filling in ESA and DLA forms now but when I received the Direct Payments form from social services I looked it and gulped! Does anyone here have any idea where I can get help to fill the form in as I have tried CAB and they appear to be next to useless!

I'm assuming you're referring to the Local Housing Allowance Direct Payments form.

I'm surprised CAB cannot help you with this. If you're unable to get a friend or your landlord to fill it in, and there are no other advice agencies that you know of, you could try asking your Council to fill it in for you, or at least tell you where you can get help with it.
