The Support Group is not points based although people scoring 30 points or more tend to be put in it.
You need to meet one or more of the criteria specified. I haven't seen these listed in a singlke document but if you look at the guides for Physical and Mental Health claim documents in the members section.
they have the criteria relevent for each test.
