Hi, as some of you will know, I failed my ESA medical, appealed and am awaiting a tribunal.

At my last JCP interview, some months ago, I was told about The Shaw Trust Pathways interviews but have heard nothing from them.

Is this good or bad news? I don't really understand what influences what in terms of timing. (hope that makes sense)

Best wishes,
Rachel

  			 				Hi Rachel

It sounds like good news to me if they are not in a hurry to call you up for an interview. I don't know if they would be aware that you are appealing but some appellants have managed to get their interviews deferred until after the appeal.

Best wishes

Derek

Hi Derek, thankyou for your reply, I am certainly in no hurry to attend a work focused interview!

Thought it might be bad news in the sense that they think I wont win my tribunal therefore, have dropped me off their list

Best wishes,
Rachel
