Medical report or letter from GP

Hi Pat, thank you very much for the advice, and Jim! I have replied to you, but I got your name wrong. So sorry, English is not my first language, I have some difficulty with the names sometimes. Sorry.

We will ask the hospital for the medical record once my husband has the head and full body scan. We just got a report from the Pain clinic, which backups our story.
