Hi,
Well PIPS is due to start in 2013 for working age people, but an awful lot of water can pass under the bridge before then!!.
Congrats on your award and enjoy the moment!.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

As you say the current Government stated when they assumed office that they intended to re-assess all DLA claimants.
This weeks proposals to replace DLA with PIPs would also suggest the need for a re-assessment of all claimants.
Timescales appear to be at least 3 years and that is about all the information that is currently available.
I would not worry about it for the moment, the DWP has got more than enough on its plate with the current ESA appeal rate and the transfer of IB recpients.
