Prescription charges

Hello,

My son is autistic and receives dla, he is 19 and still in full time education.
He don't get jsa but ema for college.
My question is,do he have to pay for his prescriptions?

yes unless he fills in a low income form

same goes for dental treatment not sure of form number its very big
