ESA Submission was created by bubs
HI all,
Can anyone tell me what (via TAS)means?
This is part of ESA appeal and submission
and evidence I have sent in and the reply
from DWP.
It says, Whilst the information provided (via TAS) generally is supportive of the customers position, there is not enough additional detail to revise the decision
Many thanks for your help Bubs x

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

TAS is an acronym (abbreviation) for The Appeals Service, which is anomalous in itself as they are now known as The Tribunals Service!

Thanks CrazyDiamond,
I thought that maybe they had wrote to my GP, but looks like they have'nt done that, so will try to get more detailed evidence, even though I had letters from two consultants my GP and Psychotherapist.
thanks again Bubx
