how long untill i hear back

I appealed my dla decision a few months ago, they sent me the forms asking if i wanted a oral or paper hearing etc which i retured, i later sent in another statement to add to be appeal papers, im awaiting confirmation they have revicived it so that i can then request my hearing to be changed from oral to papers, its been 2 weeks since i sent a statement any idea when i will hear confirmation that it has been recived?

I would suggest that you phone Tribunals Service to confirm that they have received it. You should receive a copy of your submission within two weeks, but it's probably not a good idea to switch to a paper hearing until you receive written confirmation that your statement has been received and added to the appeal papers.
