Has this happened to anyone else?
My wife was on incap, awaiting appeal
Applied for ESA, 0 points, but her appeal for ESA and the maintenance payment can't proceed because Atos haven't passed paperwork to the DWP.
This has been going on for over three months despite phone calls and letters, the last copied to the local MP.
Just wondering If this a common Atos habit
