appeals guide

I would like the help of a moderator. I have yet to receive the new ESA50 questionnaire but would like some awareness of the Appeals Procedure at this early stage so that I can be prepared. I note the website's Appeal Guide is dated October 2010 and is located under the old wca test. Is this guide also applicable to the new wca test post march 2011? I simply wish to ensure that I download the correct guide. It is a post March 2011 guide I am looking for. Many thanks.

I suspect Steve will update the appeal guide in due course, but the changes to the WCA does not affect the appeal procedure; the current appeal guide is still up-to-date.

There are changes in the pipeline in the Welfare Reform Bill regarding the appeal process but they have not yet been passed through parliament.

In any case, when preparing ESA appeal submissions, the appeal guide should be looked at in conjunction with the explanation of the descriptors in the ESA claim guides.
