Right at the end of my medical the HCP/ADA was explaining what would happen next e.g. DM makes the decision and I will be notified in a few weeks.
He then said that periodically I'd be called back to the centre for re-testing and finally, somewhat apologetically, he said :
"They seem to retesting everyone every year or 6 months these days"
I thought this was quite interesting. Although, I was also confused because doesn't the HCP/ADA need to make a recomendation about the next retest?
