Advice plese.

yesterday I went to see the Phyciatrist and I have to have a brain scan and blood tests done, but he has referred me to a Pyscologist too, my question is although I have not been diagnossed by them yet (I do suffer with depression, diagnosed by G.P)all the notes that the pyschiatrist sents me can I use them for my appeal. Will add that a case worker is coming to see me mid September to help me with appeal.

Hi,

Yes you can use them for your appeal. But if you have a caseworker coming to see you it might be worth discussing it with them before submitting them as evidence.
