ESA Support Group

hi looking for a bit of advise really, my wife recently in august won a appeal to be put in the support group rather than work related. They had made the decision before we even arrived to the court room.

Now the prob is after phone call after phone call she still hasnt had her rate changed or recieved any letters relating to the fact she won the appeal and is in the support group. We have evidence of the result from the court but as of yet nothing.

Where do i stand and what would you suggest we do next its very upsetting for her and i would like to try and get it resolved but i feel like im banging my head against the wall!

Have you contacted the DWP to find out how they are progressing the Tribunal Decision?

Based on other members comments it often seems to take an innordinate amount of time for the DWP to process Tribunal results, often at least six weeks.
