ESA WRAG to ESA WRAG Without A Medical?

Hello, yes it can,it happened to me.

My first medical was in July 2010 and then a new form arrived Jan 2011. I had help and we filled it in on the computer and took our time over it.

I got a letter in due course that was unclear but I was hopeful it meant that I'd 'passed' without a medical. The letter gave ESA amounts that would be payable but as it was around the time of the April increases I was unsure whether I'd been successful or not. I did post on here about it too.

There was no information as to when I could expect another renewal form and, to date, I'm still waiting.

I put it down to them being very busy starting off the new descriptor system (I was assessed on the old system) and beginning the IB transfers. Who knows - the DWP are a law unto themselves.

I am still keen to know if there is anyone else who has had their ESA entitlement continued without a medical?

Has anyone any news on this subject?
