ESA Medical was created by RED09
Hi All
After two cancelled appointments by ATOS in August, i finaly had my Medical today, for the IB to ESA.
I was not looking forward to it at all, i am just glad the medical is over and done with.
The medical lasted over 1hr, i dont know if this is good or not, the Dr said i had spondylitis and curviture of the spine, with one shoulder lower than the other.
Monocular vision, but said it was 6/9 with both eyes and my blood pressure was 165/95 and the one you do on your wrist was high, but he said that could be due to anxiety.

Does anyone have normal blood pressure at an Atos medical?
Even if it's 210/120 it could easy be put down to temporary anxiety.
Good luck with the outcome RED.

Is the ESA medical a proper medical examination? What is the one where a health professional fills out a computer assessed test? Am I getting confused?

You may also like to have a look at The WCA Handbook, that can be accessed from the same link.
