POSTED SPECIAL DELIVERY ESA FORM

i posted my esa medical questionairre to migrate from ib to esa last wedsnesday by special delivery. checked royal mail to see if delivered and it says in po box but not signed for awaiting delivery. i am worried as they have sent me a letter saying they need my questionairre back urgently. what do i do?

Hi kat,

This seems to happen when the ATOS address is a P.O. Box number.

If it is close to the deadline for return of the ESA50, you may wish to contact ATOS by e-mail from their website here. :

As long as you can prove that you have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that your ESA50 was returned by deadline, and can prove this, all should be O.K.

As I've said though as a back-up you may wish to contact ATOS as above, and even drop a line to the DWP, you could enclose a copy of your P.O. receipt as well.
